Terms of stay

Standard check-i time is 2:00 PM and standard check-out time is 12:00 NN. All times are based on local Philippine Standard Time (PST). 

Your booking is confirmed once a confirmation email has been sent to you containing the booking details and a valid confirmation number.

Booking cancellation

(a) Standard Rate (Flexible)  - 

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before 18:00 PM on the day of arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged one night's stay.

(b) Non-refundable (Restricted) - 

This booking is non-refundable and fully charged at the time of reservation. No cancellations or changes are allowed.

(c) Group Bookings (3+ Rooms) - 

Cancellation terms vary for group bookings. please contact the hotel directly for group cancellation policies. 

(d) Third-Party Bookings - 

Cancellations must be made through the platform where the booking was made (e.g., Agoda, Booking.com). 

Сancellation policy

(a) Standard Rate (Flexible)  - 

Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before 18:00, Philippine Standard Time, on the day of arrival. However, if the reservation is guaranteed with a valid card (credit or debit) and the guest fails to cancel or show up, a charge equivalent to one night's stay will apply. If the booking is for multiple nights, only the first night is charged. 

(b) Non-refundable (Restricted) - 

Fully pre-paid bookings under this rate are non-refundable, even if cancelled before before the day of check-in. The total cost for all room nights will be charged directly after your reservation is made. 

(c) Group Bookings (3+ Rooms) - 

Group bookings of 3 or more rooms require a 50% downpayment to confirm the reservation. The balance must be fully settled at least 3-7 days before arrival. 

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date: Are eligible for a full refund of the down payment.
  • Cancellation made 7-13 days or less before check-in: Will forfeit 50% of the down payment.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in or in the case of a no-show will result in forfeiture of the entire down payment. 

(d) Third-Party Bookings - 

Reservations made through third-party platforms (e.g., RedDoorz, Booking.com, Agoda) are subject to the cancellation terms set by the third-party provider. Any cancellations must be processed directly through the third-party platform used for booking.
